Anne Margaret CHARLETON (mis-spelled on her Birth Cert as CHARLTON). Her father was John Robson CHARLETON born 25 Aug 1856 at Pouewe, Kawhia, md Te Ata Te Waka and they had 12 children. He was a shipbuilder in Raglan. He died at his property at Ruakiwi, Te Akau Raglan on 26 Aug 1929. His father was Capt. George CHARLETON born 27 Nov 1800 at Todholes, Northumberland,England he married Ann ROBSON. They arrived in NZ aftre a few years in Australia abt 1840. I am compiling a Whakapapa Book on this line as well as a collection of stories. If you can wait for the completion of this work, I would be happy to share it with you.
