Hi there
I have a Mere Whati Jones (Manutuke, Gisborne) whom married Otene Pitau. They had 2 Whangai children. I have a Otene Whati whom I am trying to link into this family. Mere had several Brothers and Sisters, does any one know if Otene Whati is a Nephew? Or maybe even one of the Whangai children who took on this name. Even if Otene Whati is from another family, that info would be very helpful too. This has been a huge family mystery for some time now, so any help would be appreciated. Hope some one out there can help me with this one
Cheers
Phiona
