Kia ora
My great gandmother was Mihi Kotukutuku Tuhou who married Thomas Reedy an Irishman and they were the parents of the all the Reedy whanau of Ruatoria.
I went to school at Hiruharama with my Tuhou cousins whose father was Jock. There are still Tuhou whanau living in Ruatoria. Mehemea kei te hiahia koe etahi atu korero mo te whanau nei uia mai - if you require anymore info get in touch

Kia ora Maid Marion
Ko Rangipai tenei, no Rotorua inaianei. My father is Boy Tuhou to the coasties but Makarauria (Claude) Tuhou whose father was Mana Tuhou who was a brother to Jock Tuhou. Im not the whiz on my fathers side BUT he is still alive and lives in Waituhi and his sister is Aunty Liz who still lives in Tokomaru. BUT thats as far as I know, I know we are closely related to the Reedys and Dewes and Tibbles. I know a lot of the Tuhous are hyphenated and are Tuhou-Tibbles. Tuhou is rather a rare name too. Maori on Line should help as well with names. Im more into my mums whakapapa BUT I know there are heaps of Tuhous still on the coast and in Gizzie and even Huntly. na Rangipai
