Kia ora again whanau, if you know who this person is or if he/she is deceased, his/her children should succeed to his unclaimed tax money which amounts to a staggering $14,415.64. Professor Whatarangi Winiata is the Tumuaki at Te Wananga-o-Raukawa. He has 3 sons and a daughter. Pakake, Huia, Kimo and Petina Bray, his lovely wife is Frances.
