FELTON / TOKONA: connection
This is a reply to a person with old email address - firstname.lastname@example.org, which no longer works and they were trying to find out about the Felton and Tokona whanau.
"I don't know who Tenaya is but you might be referring to Anita Felton and Tony Felton, her brother. They are my cousins. Their mum was my Aunty Hiria and their Dad was Uncle Clive who was English. Aunty Hiria was a whangai child and she was brought up by my grandmother, Ripeka Pahau and my granddad Te Taupe Tokona. Aunty Hiria had lots of children actually including Anita(eldest girl), Tony, Barry(eldest boy), Ernest, Shane, and some others I think that I can't remember the names of(oops L). Who are you? I can connect you up with Anita but not Tony though. I'm unsure but he went missing in Australia a few years ago - I don't know the full story but you can get the proper details from Anita. - R Tokona"
