Moke Te Kaute , Charlie
Kia Ora Im Looking for my Grandfather whakapapa His Name is Charlie Moke but is also known as Hare Moke or Charlie Moke Te kaute or Charlie Moke He married Mereana Matenga nee Popata and Im also after her whakapapa too . My Grandfather back round is either Kawhia or Te Kuiti I was told he had connections in Turangawaewae Huntly Nga Hou e wha Marae and Te Puea Marae and Im after his Parents names and his siblings names too Ive been trying to get his Birth Cert but I dont know his Birthday and only know the year he was born and Internal affairs have told me I need correct details to get his Birth Cert I have asked my whanau but again there info is only by korero and not enough for me to actually get his birth cert and so far I have only been givin death details he died In Auckland Takanini buried in Mangere St Marys it would be awesome to find out more info about my Grandparents so I can actually start doin a Whakapapa for my own tamariki and so I can have a peace of mind where my Grandfather originated from Ive also been givin info that my great grand parents names maybe Moke Moke and he married Terehia my Great Grandmother az to her surname Im not 100% sure look forward to anyone who is able to help me please
Ngamotu34 I would like to thank u and let u know I found my Grandfather and also with yr assistance Wetekia is my Great Grandfather much appreciated and feeling blessed and now im tryin to get the urupa to locate his burial plot az he sadly does not have a head stone and my generation are wanting to do and put whats right for our Great Grandad 🙂
