Kia ora julzy11,

Are there any names in particular that you are trying to track? By creating posts for one name, or for a couple, it will make it easier for members to be able to help you.

Make sure you follow the format for the title of your post as that will help with seraching in the long run.

If this is Tupotahi who belonged to Ngati Te Paretekawa then you may find information by tracing Rewi Maniapoto's movements.

Kia ora, Ko Wiremu Toma tooku ingoa he uri ahau no Tauranga Moana tuuturu engari he hononga hoki ooku ki Parawera.

Kia ora, my name is Wiremu and im a descendant of Mauao maunga originally but do have whakapapa links to Parawera. The family name that ties me back there i believe is the Te Wao whanau. Anita (P-nut) Te Wao is my fathers mother and that is all the information i know. Im on the search for our links that tie us back to the waka of Tainui most importantly to Parawera. Mihi kau noa
