Any korero to share about the waka Aotea preferably around the time it was moored at Aotea Island now called Great Barrier Island.
Possibly any links to other waka korero or whakapapa as we have Turi the captain and Hinekewa as his wife, at the landing in Aotea befor migrating on foot to Taranaki where he married Rongorongo daughter of Tamatea Pokai whenua.

Rongorongo is the sister to Kura Marotini Aparangi. And they, the both of them are daughters of Toto, the paramount chief of Rangiatea.

Aotea belongs to Rongorongo, as it was given to her by her father.

Both Rongorongo and Kura had their waka made from the same tree.
