Ngati Porou Hapu Marae Question

My grandmother was Pirihira Taipua Raroa / Nukunuku and she was from Tikitiki.
The question i have is that i have been told my hapu is Ngati Horowai and my marae is Hinepare, Pokai & Rahui, but i am confused how come Te Horo isn't on this list and is Pokai a marae or should my hapu also be Te Whanau a Pokai. Or have i got this totally wrong. Unfortunately i am unable to ask the person, my aunty who gave me the details of my whakapapa and can't seem to find out where else to look.
Any suggestions?
Thanks so much

Kai te tika ke koe e hika

Te Horo to my knowledge is the marae of Ngati Horowai; I'm related to the Tangaere whanau from around here. The Nukunuku whanau is connected to all the marae you listed above so perhaps that is your connection.

However, penei me wetahi atu wahi, sometimes sections of hapu have, for some reason moved into other areas & become affiliated with other marae.

Ask your pakeke kare, they alone can answer this 4 u!

Nga mihi
