This is to inform the Family, Friends and Whanau in Australia, Aotearoa and around the World of the sudden and tragic death of the Late: SHANE MUNRO WAIHI while at work on Tuesday 29 June 2004 in Brisbane.

The Late: SHANE MUNRO WAIHI will Lay-in-State at the family home at 18 Fairfield Road, Guildford West, Sydney, until Monday 5th July 2004.

The Funeral Service for the Late: SHANE MUNRO WAIHI will commence at 11:00am on Monday 5 July 2004 at the Family Home, 18 Fairfield Road, Guildford West. The service will be conducted by Reverend Malcolm Karipa. The funeral cortege will then proceed to the Rookwood Independent Cemetery, Lidcombe for a graveside service and internment.

On behalf of the Mitacare Funeral Services and our Whanau, I express our Aroha and condolences to all the Family, especially SHANE's Mum, Brothers and Sisters, Nieces and Nephews, Aunts and Uncles, Counsins, Friends and Whanau gathered at Guildfrod West, Sydney, for SHANE's Tangi. May the LORD bless and comfort you all as you Tangi his Farewell.
