lived in Wairoa around 1901-1905 then moved to the South Island.
Would have been born abt. 1880's or earlier. My Nanny May/Mei was the only child of this union. However, she had half bro's & sis's through
her mother. ie. Nepia, Mohi, and Chase Whanau.

If by chance there is anyone that knows anything about the Thorpe's
that lived in Wairoa as farmers. I would love to hear from you.

I have a Iripeti CHASE on my whakapapa - born ABT 1846. I have her parents has St Lucia CHASE and Naomi TUATEA.
