Kia ora. I am needing help in confirming my Iwi. I am told i am of Ngati Raukawa. Can anyone confirm or deny this and help me figure out where i am from?
William, George and Elizabeth Baker are my 2 great grandmothers brothers and sister. Mary Ann Baker born 1860 at Pauatahunui, married William Alfred Clout in 1860 at the same place and died 6/4/1934 and buried at Kaori cemetry is my 2 great kuia. I am also searching for her mother who was born in the same place and married a man Baker who was a road man. Please can anyone help me in tracing my whanau and confirming my Iwi?
