Looking for any information about him, his mum & his wife. Known to be in Kaipara in 1919, with his 2 sons Jack & Simon of Tepua. He was a Farm Contractor. He had a brother named Phillip. We approximate his birthdate to be about 1856-1859.

Tena koe Sharlayne,

If you go to www.familysearch.org and put William in the firstname, Fenton in the Lastname and set the country to New Zealand you will find a couple of records - then change the William to Simon in the firstname box so you can maybe cross reference.

Kia Ora Poutokomanawa

Thank you so much for responding & giving me the BEST advice. Going to this site helped sort & clarify the information I already had. Now, I only have 1 missing link/person in my family tree to research for - my great great great great great nana is proving to be quite an elusive lady... (William's Mum)... Once again, thank you
