Kiaora Nga Hau e Wha. My name ia John Lee Wharepapa Pere Paratene. I live in Manurewa Auckland. I have recently been to visit some of your whanau at Palmerston North and Foxton. I was given your whanau whakapapa and met with John Thompson. We could find no connection with the Kauri whanau. We did find that the Kauri whanau are connected to the Tamihana and Hetaraka whanau from Whngaruru.
