Searching for info on this couple from Ngati Raukawa early 1800's. They had a daughter named Pirihira Taukawe who md Emery Harmon, a whaler on Kapiti Island, they moved to Kaikoura abt 1857 as part of a Govt Scheme in the timber industry?. They had 9 children, I descend from Robert Harmon a.k.a Pape Hamene who md Ereni Kawharu (Ngati Tukorehe).
