Can anyone help us trace the ancestry of TE PUKERE of Te Ati Awa? He was married to PARETONA, daughter of Kimihia & Waitohi, of Ngati Raukawa & Ngati Toa. Their daughter was known as KAHUMAHINGA, EKAUMOENGA or EKAHUMAIHANGA. We would appreciate any information on our ancestors, above.

Tena koe koolkat,

If you go to www.familysearch.org and put PUKERE in the last name, setting the country to New Zealand, you will find a record that also has contact details of the person who submitted it. Myabe you could contact them for more info.
