If anyone knows of or is familiar with this koroua who I believed left the Kawhia-Taharoa area possibly in the 1920's perhaps earlier please contact me urgently.

If you make sure you are at the new Whakapapa Club ( http://whakapapa.maori.org.nz) then click on full search and put Te Whare in the search box, you will find that there are people in the People Directory who have the surname Te Whare and are from around Waikato. Maybe if you email them they will be able to help you.
