Kia Ora

I am tryign to trace my ancestor Purangaiti lineage as I am connected to the Kingitanga through both my Koro's & Nanna's side and was wondering does anyone know who in Turangawaewae I can speak to in regards to my Koro & Nanna's whakapapa as they were pretty high up at Turangawaewae.

Im doing this because no one in our whanau know our whakapapa and i am doing it so the future generations know where they come from before it gets lost i am not here to skite or anything

cheers

Kia ora,

May I suggest the best way to find an answer to this is to go to hui at Turangawaewae, help out where you can and get to know the people there first before you start asking about the older whakapapa 🙂

Good luck!
