[i]Kia Ora

I am researching my grandmothers whakapapa but have come to a standstill hoping somehow someone somewhere can help me. I am searching for any information on my great grandfather, father to my grandmother (makirangi tohiariki putere).Tohi ariki married my great grandmother Rangiwawau Waimere. Lived in the district of Matahuru,Rangiriri in 1906. Tainui descent. Brothers were Nika Putere, Wanihi, Nuku & Te Ruinga & his sisters name was Paeroa.

Not sure on what year he was born. But any information on how or where to track down any descendants of these whanaus would be a blessing. Have met some of the Nikau whaanau in matahuru .....

Kia ora tatou katoa.:)
