I am desperately trying to find information on my gt-gt-gt- grandmother Riripeti Hotene, also known as:

Elizabeth Johnson, Riripeti Haute, Riripeti Te Haputa Tamitiotahi Te Autaha, Riripeti Tehapeta Timitiotahai Te Autaha and possibly even Irihapeti Tamatutahi Te Autaha.

She was born in 1829 and died in Waihi in 1919 aged 88 years - buried in Tauranga Anglican cemetery. I am needing to find out her mother and any brothers or sisters she may have. Her father's name was Te Autaha.

She was married to Fairfax Clarence Johnson and had 4 children; William Fairfax Johnson (my Gt-gt grandfather), Charles Fairfax Johnson, Jane Fairfax Johnson (married 3 times to a Potier, Bidois, and Heath) and Mary Ann/Mereana Riripeta Fairfax Johnson (married Brown).

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Ngā mihi, Rachel Fleury.
