February- Mäori transliteration is Pepuere but the Mäori word we use in immersion Mäori schools is Hui Tanguru

Tika tou Nani, the word we use in Ngapuhi (which was from Te Riri Kawiti) is Te Iwa o Ngahuru. This is also because Ngahuru is Autumn and this is the ninth month (as per the Maori Maramataka), so means the ninth month in Autumn.
