Just wanting to let everyone know I have come across this awesome website from the National Library of New Zealand. It is a old magazine which was published back in the 1950's, 60's (Te Ao Hou) etc...

It has a few death notices listed in here but you have to do a search.
Also has alot of information from around those times.
