Thank You for your information about Whanau names and so on.Very informative.
One other matter in line with that are nicnames. There are many Whanau who
adopted certain nicnames due to there being so many with same names.
For Instance.In my line. Iraia Tarawhata was Potehe. Riria Tarawhata was
Pokai. and so on. In some cases the real name has been replaced with the
nicname. Thank You.

I firmly believe that being descendants of gods from the older times are nothing but a mere label to make you feel good because at present, we are all working at the same age and rate.

I am not going against those who value their high ranks, at least in terms of blood royalty, but it is just an added responsibility that you should work well within your bounds to protect the line you are from, right?
