Kia ora,

I am new to this website. Unfortunately it has been 31 years, but I would like to learn of my whakapapa. I live in Phoenix Arizona USA, I am the first grandson of sonny ransfield. My fathers name is Chris Ransfield. I understand he lives in Wainuiomata now.

I met him once when I was 14 years old. I know I have 2 brothers Peter and Adam. Can anybody help/teach me of my whakapapa.

Thank you.
Jeremy

Kia ora Jeremy,
I know your father Chris. He is the oldest son of Uncle Sonny and Aunty Helen Ransfield. There are about 13 brothers and sisters of Chris. Your uncle Graham lives in WILSON STREET in Wellington, and I will get more information from him.

I found my whanau. I'm so overwhelmed I can't even begin to express my emotions. Thank you manu and maurice for getting me started. It means the world to me especially when I haven't seen a ransfield for 18 years.

Kia kaha,
Jeremy

The many Ransfield ancestor photos are also up on the wall at Pikirangi marae in Rotorua out near the airport.
You could call David Ransfield, he should be in the Rotorua phone book. Good luck!
