All of the information you seek is in the Te Rūnanga A Iwi O Ngāpuhi database which you can access, as is the same for other rūnanga. They will have all the marae, the whānau and hapū attached as well as contact persons. I'll find the connection and re-post later.

You can get all the contacts through Google. A good book to read for the area of your search is 'Ngā Pūriri o Taiamai'rewritten by Jeffrey Sissons, Wiremu Wihongi and Pat Hōhepa, published by Reed Books 2001. The marae addresses and contacts I obtained from the all the Northern Rūnanga directly. There is a partial list in the directory section of this database above. Good luck in your search and the knowledge base growth it will encourage.
