Kia Hemi,
I can see you posted back in May 2006. This is Donna Semmens here, I'm Aunty Polly and Uncle Ike Hireme's niece. My mother is Freda Hudson. When I lived in Rotorua in 1988-90, I worked with Margaret Halbert nee Taia, and socialised with her Whanau at the homestead at Rotoiti.
They kept on telling me that i was their Whanaunga, as the Hudsons and Taia's are close Whakatohea Whanau.

If you havent succeeded until now, I have kept in contact with certain Taia Whanau and will korero with them of your search.

Are you Ella's brother? I knew another Jimmy but thought he was a Grey.

To ezzy e, The Waerea's were very well-known for their Softball talent. Tawera Giants ring a bell?
Also known for their beautiful guitar singing.

Kia Ora Ano Hemi.
